Q: How do I know if anyone has sent me a donation?

A: Whenever you receive a donation, you will get an email from Paypal. This will let you know if anyone has donated to you. You can also check your PayPal account periodically for donations because as we all know, sometimes emails get lost through filters or mixed in with your other emails. 

Also, you can always see the amount of donations you receive by going to My Profile after you login to your account. Under "My Profile" in the Account Status box, you will see stats about your beg postings. The last two stats show the "Number of Donations(s)" and "payments received".

Q: Do my donors need to sign up for iBeggar.com?

A: No. Absolutely not. When a donor wants to donate to you, they will be directed to PayPal. On PayPal, they have the option of just filling out their credit card information or just using an existing PayPal account to donate to you. The PayPal service allows people to send money safely and securely without sharing financial information, with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts, credit cards or promotional financing.

Q: Can I use any method like social media and email to promote my donation page?

A: YES, INDEED!! 

Q: I am not located in the United States, can I still create a donation page and receive donations?

Once you've done this, spammers will not be able to find your email address.

Q: Do you take a percentage of my donations?

A: Absolutely not. Every donation goes directly from the donator to you. This is one of the appealing features of cyber begging and the reason many people choose to donate to our individual visitors after reading their honest and real pleas for help, rather than to big foundations where very little of the donation actually makes it down to the intended cause.

A: You may unsubscribe anytime by going to your My Begs page.

1. When you are logged in, click on your "Welcome (Your Name)" button located at the top right-hand corner of the page.

4. You will then be redirected to PayPal where you can sign in and Unsubscribe your iBeggar subscription.
